Screenagers: Movie Screening + Filmmaker Q&A

Friday, February 24, 2023 | 5:15pm - 7:00pm EST

Course participants will view a private screening of Screenagers, an award-winning film that probes into the vulnerable corners of family life and depicts messy struggles over social media, video games and academics. Through poignant, and unexpectedly funny stories, along with surprising insights from authors, psychologists, and brain scientists, Screenagers reveals how tech time impacts kids’ development and offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance. Dr. Delany Ruston, creator of the Screenagers documentary, will join us virtually to introduce the film, and again at the end for a moderated discussion and Q & A.

Retreat participants - movie snacks will be provided!

Virtual participants - bring your swag box snacks!
