Sleep Tight: Healthy Sleep for All Ages

This workshop will begin with a general overview of healthy sleep, sleep needs by age, and common problems associated with pediatric sleep. Participants will learn how to create the opportunity for healthy sleep and how to manage minor sleep challenges. Guidance will be provided on the best course of action to help with sleep disturbances. Keeping in mind a family system perspective, we will explore behavioral and cognitive behavioral interventions for optimal sleep.

  2. Implement strategies aimed at achieving healthy sleep

  3. Assess how and when to seek help when sleep problems occur
