Every attendee will be assigned a small cohort group to follow through the course with. These groups will connect virtually approximately every two weeks to check in on the course topics, and be a source of support and connection throughout the course and afterwards. We will create groups based on a number of factors, including time zone for meeting convenience, and individual parenting circumstances & interests, including the age of your child(ren) (a survey will be sent after registration).
Will I get to connect with other women outside my cohort?
Absolutely! Every session will be interactive, with group chat, Q&A and small group roundtable sessions that will be randomly assigned, so you will get a chance to meet many of the course participants, all women physicians like you!
What happens after the course?
We hope that you will have made connections, learned new skills, set goals, and be on your way to achieving them by the conclusion of the course. However, we recognize that making changes can be challenging, especially on your own. Our goal is to create lasting connections and a network of support for each attendee to move forward. We will keep our platform open for group discussions and small group meetings after the course ends, to foster an ongoing community. If there is sufficient interest, we will offer ongoing monthly parenting support groups for participants.
